What can I Reserve/Purchase on the Store?
ROOM NIGHTS. You can already reserve room nights of our partner resorts & hotels listed on the Site. You can either reserve by paying the full amount listed or make a deposit to hold the Price for 1-year and you can pay the remaining balance for your room nights when you book your travel dates**.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. Tourism ground transportation is also available at select destinations. If your chosen Destination has ground transportation, you will transportation deals under “Getting Around.”**
AIRLINE TICKETS. You can also purchase airline tickets/coupons of the current participating Airline Partners listed on the Store**.
T-SHIRTS! If you haven’t decided where you want to go, but would like to support Tourism or if you just want to have a new shirt with one of our cool designs, you can always purchase a T-Shirt. Our T-Shirt designs are made by different artists, choose the style you prefer.
When you purchase a T-Shirt a portion of what you paid goes to the T-shirt cost, a portion goes to local tourism providers who need our help****, a portion goes to the artist, and a small portion goes to running the operation of the T-Shirts.
More Listings and T-Shirt Designs. Over time we will be adding more participating resorts, hotels, transportation services, flight coupons, and T-Shirt designs. Check back every now and then to see what is new or subscribe to our mailing list to be one of the first to know.
What Do I Get for an Advance Deposit of 25%?
A reservation for your Dream Vacation and you also give a tourism worker Hope***!
By reserving a travel service with a 25% deposit, you are able to “LOCK-IN” on the price of the Travel Service for up to 1-year. This way, you always know how much your travel costs are and just have to file for that vacation leave!
You will receive your Voucher from our Travel Specialist Center with additional instructions of how to redeem your travel services and book your travel dates.
Why doesn’t the Site ask me for my Travel Dates? Most other sites do.
Our Store is different, such that you can already reserve a travel service for your Dream Vacation even if you don’t know when you can travel, but you want to LOCK-IN on the price WITH a DEPOSIT ONLY and pay the remainder when you have a travel date..
It allows you to reserve some travel services that are a Great Deal, but are Limited in Number. This is great for those who have to coordinate everyone’s schedule, hasn’t filed for their vacation leave yet, or knows where they want to go, but has not yet decided on “when?”
The other MAIN REASON is that you can SUPPORT TOURISM NOW*** (your favorite resort, the hotel of a friend, the workers who have become your friends in the resort), even if you do not have a travel date yet.
Not asking for a travel date allows us to “unlock” these cool features.
What if I already know WHEN I want to Travel?
That’s great! To expedite the booking of your travel service, you can use the PAY FULL option, which is available for every travel service. You can also mention your travel dates in the “Additional Information” box when you are checking out and paying for your travel services.
You will then be contacted by our Travel Specialist Center. We prioritize contacting “PAY FULL” purchases, because most likely, the Guest is ready to travel and has a travel date in mind.
When Do I Receive My T-Shirt?
SOON and we will contact you. We’ll be honest and inform you that in order to reduce the cost of inventory and storage, all T-Shirts are on a “Pre-Order” status. This means that our Store waits until there are at least 20 shirts ordered before we tell our printers to make the Shirts. If shirt orders do not reach 20, then every 2 weeks we will print whatever shirt orders are in the queue.
We will work towards getting it to you quicker down the road, in the meantime, we ask for your consideration and patience when you purchase a T-Shirt from the Store.
Can I COD for Shirts?
At the moment, we do not offer COD for purchases of T-Shirts or other Retail Merchandise available on the Store. But rest assured we will!
Once we increase the fulfillment capacities of our T-Shirt offerings, we will inform you by putting it on the listing, if you are subscribed to our mailing list, or through on our social media.
How do I Follow-Up My Shirt Order?
When you purchase a shirt, you will be sent an email from our Travel Specialist Center and we will give you a direct email and mobile number that you can use to contact us to follow-up on your orders.

What is a Voucher?
A Voucher is a reference document that you made a payment (Deposit or Full) for a Travel Service of your choosing, how many you reserved, the travel period when you can use them, and how much of the remaining balance you will pay when you book your Travel Dates. It makes it easier for you and our Travel Specialist Center to find your information in our System.
When can I Use/Redeem My Travel Service? What is the Travel Period?
You can book your Travel Service now if you already have a travel date in mind. Depending on the Travel Service you reserved, most of the services have up to 1-year validity (travel period). Your specific travel period is in the listing of the Travel Service and will also be in the Voucher you will receive after your payment.
I Now Have my Voucher. What’s Next?
All you need to answer is WHEN will you travel? You can then contact our Travel Specialist Center to book the dates of your travel and redeem your Travel Service/s using your Voucher. Your Voucher will have the contact information of our Travel Specialist Center or use one of the “Use Voucher” buttons on our Site.
Reserving a Room Night and getting your Voucher (revised 24 July straight on website)
- Go to the Site>>Choose a Destination>>Choose the Travel Service Listing you would like to Reserve
- The Travel Service Listing has a short Description and Prices Table.
- Select your Options. Choose whether you want to “DEPOSIT Reserve” or “PAY FULL Now”
- For Resorts & Hotels, choose the available Room Type of your preference
As you chose your options, the system automatically calculates how much you will need to pay at Checkout. - Select how many Room Nights you would like to Reserve.
- Add to Cart
- Go to your Cart and review your intended purchase. (You can sign-up for an account at this stage)
Signing up for a “My Account” is a great feature of how to keep track of your order AND to receive messages directly from our Travel Specialist Center. We highly recommend signing up. It only needs a valid email.
- Head to Checkout and fill-in your personal details. Please use a working email AND if you plan to use PayMaya or PayPal, we highly suggest using the email associated with your PayMaya/PayPal account.
If you have any special discount coupons this is where you can enter it to redeem.
Choose your Payment Option and follow the procedure of your chosen payment option.
Double check the information you provided and click SUBMIT!
You will then receive an automatic email from the Site with details of your transaction (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM, in the event your email provider has high security settings for your account. This is especially true for work email accounts.)
Our Travel Specialist Center will also contact you via the email you provided to give you any additional instructions or support you may need.
Payment Options
For Payment Options using PayMaya or PayPal. You can use your PayMaya or PayPal account or your Credit Card using these third party platforms. Your payment will be verified by them and you will receive an email from the website of your transaction and from PayMaya or PayPal.
For Payment Option using Pay Cash at M Lhuiller. If you choose this option the website will generate a Transaction Code for you to use when you go to any M Lhuiller branch to pay in cash.
The website will send you an email of your intention to pay at any M Lhuillier branch. You will ALSO receive an email from M Lhuiller for your transaction code, expiry date to use the code, and total amount due. Please note that any remitting fees are the responsibility of the Guest. If your payment is not complete it may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
Once you make a payment at any M Lhuiller branch using the transaction code provided to you, the Travel Specialist Center will receive an automatic notification from M Lhuiller.
For Payment Option to Deposit to one of our Banks. If you choose this option the Site will send you the bank information that you will need to make a deposit or wire transfer to our bank account.
Please note that any remitting, depositing, and/or relevant fees to make a deposit or send an international wire transfer are the responsibility of the Guest. If your payment is not complete it may cause delays or cancellation of your order.
Also note that for Barclays in London and Bank of America in the USA, we can only accept payments to these bank accounts IF you are paying as a registered business in that country. (Sorry, we cannot accept payments from individuals for those bank accounts. Please use PayPal or PayMaya.) This is in compliance of the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Please Contact Us if you are a registered business and would like to pay at our Barclays or Bank of America accounts.
After depositing/wire transferring your payment, you will have to contact our Travel Specialist Center, using the email that was provided to you, and submit your proof of deposit. It can be a picture with the transaction code, date, and deposit account details that is clear (not fuzzy). You may also send and type the deposit slip information via email.
If you have a “My Account” on the Store, you can Log-In to Your Account on the Site, Click on Your Order, and message the Travel Specialist Center to inform them of the deposit.
Once your deposit or wire transfer has been confirmed, you will be notified by our Travel Specialist Center.
For any type of payment option chosen, the Travel Specialist Center will contact you via email, to ask if you need any additional support.
Reserving other Travel Services (24 july edited straight on the website)
Please follow the guidelines for “reserving a Room Night” as they are similar in nature.
How do I Receive my Voucher?
Once your payment transaction has been confirmed, your chosen Travel Service is immediately notified and once they have confirmed your advance payment,
you will receive your Voucher via the email you provided during the “check-out” stage of your transaction or the email provided when you signed-up for your “My Account” on the Site.
What will I find in my Voucher?
In your Voucher will be the following:
Travel Service Reserved, unit amounts, total price, amount of deposit already paid (or Full payment), any remaining balances to be paid when you book your travel dates.

Redeeming your Travel Service/Booking your Travel Date.
Great! You have a Date for your Travel!
You can ACTIVATE the process of booking your travel in 2 ways:
- Go to the website and click on “USE Voucher” or “Book Travel” buttons on the Site. It will then ask you a few questions about your travel. Once you hit “Submit,” it will immediately be sent to our Travel Specialist Center.
- If you prefer to talk to someone, you can contact our Travel Specialist Center using the contact information on your Voucher.
Once the Travel Specialists Center is aware of your intent to book your Travel, they will guide you in getting your Reservation. You may ADD-ON any services to your booking at this point.
The Travel Specialist Center will then double check that there is availability on your preferred dates before sending your invoice.
Please inform the TS Center of your preferred payment option. You may use either PayMaya, PayPal, M Lhuiller, or make a deposit at our bank for your final payment.
Once your final payment has been confirmed and your chosen travel service has sent us their confirmation, the Travel Specialist Center will send your TRAVEL CONFIRMATION (or Flight Itinerary for flights) to the registered email associated with your Voucher.

What are Blackout Dates?
Blackout Dates are specific dates in the calendar year that a Property/Travel Provider identifies and have explicitly expressed to have rates usually higher than standard Published Prices. These are usually attributable to special events in the local destination (like fiestas or sports events) and special holidays when there is a high demand for travel. Blackout Dates also have other “local names” or establishment specific terminology such as but not limited to “Super Peak” or “Peak” dates.
Examples of Blackout dates or Super Peak dates are Sinulog Week, Iron Man, Holy Week, Obon Holidays (Japan), Chuseok Holidays (Korea), Chinese New Year, Laboracay, Masskara Festival, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc…

What are the 6 Initiatives?
When the pandemic started, the team of Hello PH! decided to answer the question: “How do we help the daily wage tourism worker survive the pandemic with Dignity and Hope?”
With that question in mind, Hello PH! drafted its Rebuild PH Tourism Initiatives, as its reply.
TULOY PA RIN TAYO! STORE. This is the first initiative that Hello PH! has initiated to be the “first-aid” response for all of our Travel Service Providers. We hope to help other travel service providers around the whole Philippines.

What is “Tuloy Pa Rin Tayo!”?
“Tuloy Pa Rin Tayo!” means “Let Us ALL Continue Together!”
It means that we should stop, look behind us, and wait for the others to catch up. Better yet, to go back and fetch the others so everyone can get to Our “New Destination” Together. It also means Never Quitting, Optimism, and No One Left Behind.
Join us as we work towards a “better normal.”
How can I help tourism workers or Tourism in general?
We are glad you ask. We are a small company and as more people with enthusiasm and expertise want to join us, we can become a stronger force in helping rebuild PH Tourism.

For the long-term strategy, let us discuss, plan, and collaborate. Join one or more of the 5 remaining initiatives that have much longer lasting effects than the Store.
